Get Enough Sleep
They don’t tell us to get eight hours of sleep for nothing. This part of our daily routine which we often take for granted is when cells are working it out the most in regenerating. Especially between the times of 11 pm-4 am. Not getting enough sleep often leads to skin break outs so you better get your beauty sleep by these times!
Water
This is one of the world’s best beauty not-so secrets. We may already know this but still push it aside and not drink those 8 glasses. We all know that stress can take a terrible toll on once appearance and unknown to some, water can work as a natural stress reliever. It also keeps the skin youthful and radiant as it hydrates the skin. Last but not the least, drinking 32 to 64 ounces of water each days helps your body flush out those unwanted toxins and help burn fat. Now that’s more than enough reason to skip the other drinks and opt for water.
Wash Your Face Twice a Day
One must not forget to start and end ones day right by washing his or her face morning and night with a wash cloth and water that is not too cold or too hot, gently scrubbing your face in small circles. This way your skin gets squeaky clean and you can say bye to those break outs! Afterwards, splash your face with cold water in order to close your pores.
