Flown in from Germany, live band Tomays Spezlwirtschaft will perform traditional music and the best Oktoberfest hits for an unforgettable fun experience.
Sample a variety of Oktoberfest delights specially crafted by Solaire’s German Executive Chef Michael Dinges. The family style menu includes Bavarian favorites such as oven-fresh Laugen Pretzel; German potato salad; Munich-style sausage salad; Weisswurst and other German sausage specialties; Pork knuckle; Spaetzle and Classic apple & walnut strudel; just to name a few.
Top this sumptuous meal with free-flowing Weihenstephaner beer coming from the oldest brewery in the world. They’ve kept their tradition of brewing beer under the Bavarian purity law of 1516.
New and yet as rustic as can be, Solaire has pitched a tent behind the Gallery to accommodate up to 400 guests. A smaller beer tent may have less seating places but still creates the real atmosphere with the combination of traditional music, delicious Bavarian specialties and of course good beer will definitely be a favorite for festival-goers for during this October.
