The Salcedo Community Market is a community market that sells various delights, such as fresh produce and artisinal products. Found at the Jaime Velasquez Park, it’s a great place to spend Saturday mornings with. It’s a shopping destination for those who want an alternative and healthier options aside from those found in a mall. Here, most of the products are made for a cause, which helps in the livelihood of indigenous communities.

Founded in 2005, the Salcedo Market is a community project under the Women of Bel-Air Foundation, Inc. and brought together by the love of food. The market meets, come rain or shine, every Saturday with its concessionaires offer a wide range of international food, specialty products, handicraft, and many more.

The market houses several stalls that sell organic farm food, seafood, plants, health products, and porcelain wares. Also, it has a dining area where guests can dine in while getting their food from several stalls that highlight cuisines such as American, Korean, Indian, and Malaysian delicacies. Of course, with being a market that’s all for healthier options, they sell gluten-free products such as diet bread for a healthier you.
