    Their cottages radiate both a homely and romantic vibe, with rustic materials like light and dark wood and bamboo with a stylish pop of colors and patterns on the bed and fittings.

    The casitas and cottages of Chateau Hestia are surrounded by a green landscape.

    Dedicated to bringing guests closer to nature, Chateau Hestia offers tranquil accommodation free of modern-life trappings such as television and Wi-Fi. There are five cottages to choose from, all imbibed with the romantic appeal of a classic European cabin.

    The Loft Cottage, despite being the cheapest option priced at Php 3,000, can give you a feeling of royal treatment with its designed inspired by the artful Biedermeier era (the 1800s) of the Austrian-Hungarian monarchy.

    It is fitted with a queen-size bed plumped with goose-feather pillows, a garden-style bathroom, and Biedermeier-style furniture pieces.

    Meanwhile, the Suite Cottage, priced reasonably at Php 5,500, mixes inspiration from a Filipino beach casita and an elegant European home.

    The Suite Cottage features a king-size bed, a big veranda with lounge areas that can be converted into three single beds, and a bathroom consisting of a shower cabin with a steam bath.

    Other lodging options are the Bamboo Casita (Php 3,900), the Capiz Casita (Php 3,900), and the Sampaguita Casita (Php 4,900).

    All room rates are good for two persons and inclusive of breakfast. Additional guests are charged Php 1,495 per adult or Php 750 per child (6 to 12 years old) per night, inclusive of breakfast.

    How to get here

    • By car: You can go to Chateau Hestia from Manila via SLEX, Sta. Rosa-Tagaytay Road, and Lagusan Drive. If you’re coming from Aguinaldo Highway or Silang Town Plaza, you can go here via Gov. Camerino Drive.
    • By public transport: There is public transportation (tricycle) available from Gov. Camerino Drive, but trips are limited. It is best to go to Chateau Hestia in a private vehicle.
