  • SIARGAO TRAVEL: Pacifico Bigwish Beach in San Isidro Is a Surf Spot You Shouldn’t Miss
  • Park your motorbikes and rent your surfboards before you enter the serene Pacifico Bigwish Beach at the municipality of San Isidro in the island of Siargao!

The beach is a go-to spot of surfers for its big waves. It also away from the crowds, making it ideal for those learning to surf

Pacifico Bigwish Beach, with its “Big Waves”, boasts a picturesque landscape filled with coconut trees and beach waves lapping over the shore that is ideal for a day of relaxation with your family. This may be a quieter stop compared to General Luna where bars, restaurants, and resorts are mostly located.

There may be no other restaurants and establishments found in the neighborhood, but you and your kids may choose to dine at the Pacifico Bigwish Beach Resort with their Western-Filipino cuisine and their kids’ menu. You may also take a five-minute walk to the village where a local barbecue awaits.

For those who want to feel the waves of Bigwish, there are surf rental shops like Typhoon Blues and Huna around the corner to choose from. Surfing at the resort, which requires an advanced to expert surfing skill level, is free. But instructors to guide you through your surfing journey can be hired for Php 500.

The sandy shore of Pacifico Bigwish Beach sure is irresistible

But do take note that gates to the Pacifico Bigwish Beach Resort close at 9:00 p.m., so be sure to visit the place early for an added day of fun and relaxation with the whole family!
