  • As the governing body in charge of cultural and artistic activities in the country, the National Commission on Culture and the Arts (NCCA) in Intramuros Manila opened an exhibition space made especially for the contemporary art scene in the Philippines through the NCCA Gallery.

    The NCCA Gallery is one few galleries in the country which is free of charge and is open to the public. It features two different galleries – The Glass Gallery and the Open Gallery. For the month of March, Joe Ayala’s Jose V. Ayala Jr.: His Life & works will be featured in the Glass Gallery while Freedom Wall by artists Marvin Oloris and Ritchie Yee will be featured at the Open Gallery.
