  • Laguna Ten Bosch: A One-Stop Holiday Destination in Gamagori, Japan
  • In Gamagori, Japan lies a destination where one can live in fantasy and reality at the same time.

If you’re looking for a place of entertainment, it is definitely recommended to see Laguna Ten Bosch. Located in Gamagori, Japan, this place is a one-stop destination for all sorts of entertainment. This huge tourist complex houses a variety of attractions where you can enjoy an adventurous escape from your normal lives.

Laguna Ten Bosch is truly a fun place to be.

The weather was perfect when we had the chance to see Laguna Ten Bosch as part of our itinerary. It was not too windy and the place was not crowded when we visited on a Thursday afternoon. The first thing I saw when we got off the bus was the gigantic Ferris wheel that towered the whole complex, which made me think that this was an amusement park. However, I realized afterward that this is not like your ordinary amusement park—it’s a place everyone will love. Yes, not only kids, even adults. Let me tell you all the things you’d love about Laguna Ten Bosch.

Hungry? Grab a bite at the Festival Market

You can also shop for food here.

For our first stop, we went inside Festival Market. It’s a shopping and dining destination where you can buy all sorts of items, be it fashion, accessories, or food. Various stalls that sell tasty Japanese delicacies are found at their supermarket area. They also sell Gamagori’s fresh sweet strawberries that I truly love. Safe to say, you’ll never go hungry with over a dozen shops that sell delectable dishes. It’s at their department store where you can find fashionable pieces you can shop.

One Piece’s Thousand Sunny Cruise is here!

Straw Hat crew, where you at?

Raise your hands if you love One Piece! Anime lovers who are fond of the popular manga One Piece will definitely enjoy the place as you can ride Thousand Sunny in real life! As someone who grew up watching One Piece on TV, I was definitely ecstatic to see the ship in real life. Too bad I didn’t get to see the Straw Hat crew, though. Make sure to visit the place in July to see their stage show!

Up for some adventure? Have fun at Lagunasia

Lagunasia, the theme park area of Laguna Ten Bosch

Here’s something for those itching to spend the day full of fun. For kids and kids-at-heart, Lagunasia is the ideal choice for anyone who loves amusement parks. Make your way to their 65-meter tall Ferris Wheel and see a spectacular view of the Mikawa Bay. Love thrilling rides? Ride their Aqua Wind rollercoaster!

Even during winter, flowers are in full bloom

Walk along the flowery path of their Flower Lagoon! As we trailed along the lagoon, we can’t help but be mesmerized by the vibrant view of colorful flowers dominating the area. It’s the perfect scenery with flowers in full bloom. At night, see the flowers shine like jewels which create a perfect backdrop.

Looking for a place to stay? Henn na Hotel’s dinosaurs will gladly accommodate you

“How can I help you, ma’am?” says the dinosaur.

Want to spend more time in Laguna Ten Bosch? Check in at Henn na Hotel

    Welcome to Henn na Hotel!

By the name itself, you’ll notice that there’s something strange in Henn na Hotel. It might be a shock for you to see that here, they have dinosaurs as receptionists and robots as hotel staff. Think Japan couldn’t get any cooler? Think again. Japan is known the world over for their advanced robotics technology, and Henn Na Hotel takes advantage of this to provide efficient service. It’s the perfect hotel for families with kids if you’re looking for a not-so-ordinary place to stay in Gamagori.
