Just two to three hours away from Manila, Nagcarlan Forest Resort lets you have a truly relaxing retreat. Surrounded by tall trees and located near natural springs and Mount Banahaw, the place is spacious and not usually crowded, which lets you feel the exclusivity of a vacation.

The environment feels very natural. As you walk around the place, you can hear nature sounds—water stream, wind blowing the trees, birds chirping—which you could only hear in spas in Metro Manila.

Nagcarlan Forest Resort has warm pools, cold natural springs, and mini falls, where you could swim or just take a dip. For accommodation, they have country-inspired cabins and nipa huts that are great for families and group retreats.

Since the location is in a mountainous area, the road going to Nagcarlan Forest Resort has some twists and turns, and it is especially challenging to commute via public transportation. The trip, however, is definitely worth it once you reach the place.
