    • By car: From Laoag City proper, follow the Manila North Road ahead before turning to Pan-Philippine Highway going to Pagudpud, Ilocos Norte. Upon seeing the United Church of Christ in the Philippines, turn left. You are on the right track if you see Bergblick Restaurant. Go straight ahead until you see Kingfisher on the left.
    • By public transport: Ride by bus going to Pagudpud. You will be dropped off the highway in Mawini or at the Pagudpud Town Proper, where you can rent a tricycle going to Kingfisher.
