Now in its third year, the Flavors of Colombia brings Chef Alex Nessim, a renowned chef, whose commitment to sustainable fishing practices aligns with Discovery Primea’s dedication to environmental stewardship. Chef Alex Nessim, who trained under culinary masters such as Rafael Osterling and Toshiro, will highlight the rich heritage of Colombia’s Pacific coast, blending tradition with innovation through responsibly sourced ingredients.

The Colombian chef, who is a graduate of Le Cordon Bleu in Lima, Peru, will present a dinner tasting menu, showcasing the vibrant flavors of Colombia with a contemporary twist.

Start your journey with the Pulpo del Pacífico, featuring tender Shizugawa octopus confit paired with annatto oil and sourdough bread for a delightful contrast of textures.
