Nihongo Fiesta 2019: Promoting Cultural Exchange Through Language
Promoting cultural exchange through language, Japan Foundation Manila brings back the Nihongo Speech Contest this year and it’s happening along with the Nihongo Fiesta 2019 on February 23 at the Shangri-La Plaza Mall, Mandaluyong!
Now on its 14th year, the Nihongo Fiesta is back with one of their major events—the Nihongo Speech Contest—which serves as a platform for Filipinos to showcase their language skills through original compositions of any theme.
The champion will take part in an all-expense-paid week-long study tour in Japan while all qualified contestants will receive consolation prizes.
There will also be a quiz bee, film showings, live performances from former JPOP Anime Singing Contest Winners Jhona, Mitch and Mai, and a lot more activities showcasing the Japanese culture to the Philippines!
Catch the Nihongo Fiesta 2019 this February 23 at the Shangri-La Plaza Mall! Admission is FREE!
