Madrid Fusión Manila looks to improve from an impressive 2016 with a new theme that revolves around sustainability. Calling it Sustainable Gastronomy, it expands on the limits of gastronomy, transforming it into something that can not only sustain the people but the lands and waters where the ingredients come from.

With this in mind, Madrid Fusión Manila 2017’s theme, “Towards a sustainable gastronomic planet,” embodies more than just a goal. It is, essentially, a declaration of a belief once deemed impossible.

Madrid Fusión Manila will have several components, including the International Gastronomy Congress, Fusión Manila International Gastronomy Expo, and the Philippine government’s Flavors of the Philippines.

Madrid Fusión Manila will be held on April 6 – 8, 2017 at the SMX Convention Center, SM Mall of Asia Complex, Pasay City.
