Montblanc and Rustan’s Unveil New Montblanc 1858 Collection Timepieces
Montblanc reconnects with nature in the spirit of mountain exploration as they finally revealed their new line of luxury watches—the limited-edition Montblanc 1858 Collection.
Led by Rustan’s President Donnie Tantoco and Montblanc Southeast Asia President Matthieu Dupon, Montblanc and Rustan’s unveiled the new product line of luxury timepieces that pay tribute to the historic heritage of Minerva Manufacture’s pocket watches and chronographs.

The legendary professional Minerva watches from the 1920s and 1930s were conceived for military use and exploration due to its precise, legible, and robust structure.
Inspired by these historic pieces, the Montblanc 1858 product line reinvents time with three new editions that capture the spirit of the great outdoors in an elegant pairing of green and bronze, namely Montblanc 1858 Automatic, Montblanc 1858 Automatic Chronograph, and Montblanc 1858 Geosphere.

The limited-edition collection features a vintage-looking bronze case with slim beveled horns, a case back engraved with the emblematic Mont Blanc mountain, a compass, and two crossed ice pick-axes, as a nod to the spirit of mountain exploration.
Montblanc 1858 Automatic
For legibility and design, the brand-new khaki-green dials contrast with historical luminescent cathedral-shaped hands with a “cloisonné” design that has been slightly domed for one of the finest finishes.

Montblanc 1858 Automatic Chronograph
Providing a contemporary look to the watches are the high-quality woven “NATO” straps, which are traditionally handcrafted in France.
The straps are made to be refined, robust, durable, and very comfortable on the wrist.

These watches are perfectly designed as trusted companions for modern-day explorers who set their own challenges, express their own personal style, live authentic lifestyles, and find harmony with nature to reach new heights in life.
