Introducing a New Standard of “Japanese Beauty”

Known for its minimalist philosophy and impeccable attention to detail, miratap has long been celebrated in Japan for elevating everyday home spaces. The brand develops kitchens, baths, vanities, and doors that blend clean lines with exceptional durability, embodying the refined simplicity of Japanese aesthetics.

Its design excellence has also been recognized internationally, highlighted by its historic 2018 win at the Salone del Mobile Milano Award, where it became the first Asian company ever to receive the distinction.

With the concept of delivering “Japanese quality at local prices,” miratap continues to expand across the Asian market through e-commerce and strategically located showrooms. Its latest space in Greenhills offers Manila homeowners, designers, and developers a closer look at what modern Japanese living can bring to Philippine interiors.

A Curated Space of Minimalist Elegance

The new showroom spans 120 square meters and features around 50 products, including stainless-steel kitchens, washbasins, and bath fixtures. Every piece reflects miratap’s dedication to minimalism: sleek, linear, and free of unnecessary ornamentation.

Visitors during the opening were quick to share their impressions. One guest described the displays as “simple but full of presence—a perfect expression of Japan’s delicate balance and design sensitivity.”

The strong local interest reinforces miratap’s role in fulfilling the growing demand for elegant, functional, and thoughtfully designed living spaces in the Philippines.

    Strengthening Japan–Philippines Design Connections

During the ceremony, miratap President Taro Yamane and Dexterton Corporation CEO Audory Go expressed their aim to make the showroom a cultural bridge, not just a product display area, but a place where Japanese and Filipino lifestyles meet.

Their message also hinted at the brand’s future expansion, with new showrooms planned for Quezon City and BGC in 2026.
