Säntis Deli Café Silang Brings Oktoberfest 2025 to Cavite

This October, the heart of Cavite beats to a Bavarian rhythm as Säntis Deli Café Silang hosts its grand Oktoberfest celebration on Saturday, October 18, 2025, from 6:00 p.m. onwards!

Known for its unmatched selection of premium delicatessen and European specialties, Säntis transforms its Silang café into a lively beer hall where friends, families, and food lovers can raise their steins and say Prost! together.

Guests are invited to indulge in an authentic feast featuring a wide variety of German-inspired dishes.

The cold buffet offers specialties such as Smoked Cooked Ham, German Style Cold Cuts with pickles and jellied pork, Potato-Cucumber Salad, Bavarian Cabbage Salad with Bacon, White Radish Salad, Sourdough Bread or Pretzels, Sweet Style Mustard, and a hearty Boiled Beef salad with Pickles.

Warming the evening further are two traditional soups: Bavarian Liver Dumpling Soup and Split Pea Soup with Sausage, each crafted with flavors that bring a taste of Germany to Cavite.

The hot buffet promises to be a highlight, with a spread that includes Roasted Pork Knuckles (Schweins Haxn), freshly baked Leberkaes meatloaf, Smoked Pork Neck (Kassler), and Bavarian Beef Stew with Paulaner Beer.

Guests can also look forward to Fillet of Talakitok served with white wine cream sauce, tomatoes, and mushrooms, alongside a variety of sausages such as Thuringer, Muenchner Bratwuerste, Ring Sausage, and Weisswuerste.

Traditional sides like sauerkraut, boiled potatoes, and Knoedel complete the spread, ensuring every bite reflects the hearty flavors of Bavaria.

To end the night on a sweet note, a tempting array of desserts will be served, including Semolina Pudding with Raspberries, Bavarian Cream with Shaved Ginger Bread, Apricot Tatchi with Vanilla Sauce, and Bavarian Style Plum Cake.

This special dinner buffet is priced at Php 2,100 per person, complete with lively Oktoberfest entertainment by Maestro Pat Calisura, and best of all, guests can enjoy free-flowing draft beer all night long!
