  • Trusted Mobile Payment Apps in the Philippines
  • Gone are the days when you have to unwillingly get out of your couch or sneak out of work just to make a last-minute bill payment at the bank or at a payment center. Many people have been turning to mobile banking and payment applications because of three reasons: convenience, efficiency, and availability. As long as you have a smartphone, you can save yourself the hassle of making a late-night run to a convenience store or driving to the mall just to pay your bills or remit money.

You can even use a mobile payment app to pay for items when shopping online! Let’s face it: you can stick to the old ways of paying in cash or adapt to technology and reap the great benefits of the mobile revolution. If you believe in the latter, check out these mobile payment apps that you should have right now on your smartphone.

If you are a Globe user, you can use GCash by linking your Globe mobile number and get a 10% rebate everytime you buy load for yourself or others. The GCash app also lets you send and receive money, pay bills, and shop online with GCash American Express Virtual Pay.

You can put funds into your GCash wallet by going to a Globe store or authorized GCash partner or by transferring funds using GCash Online Bank Transfer. If you’re on Globe Postpaid, you can also opt to charge your purchases/payments to your postpaid bill.
