Biggest Furniture & Lifestyle Event in PH Concludes 2019 Season

The Philippine International Furniture Show (PIFS) 2019, held back to back with the Interior & Design Manila, ended last weekend as they celebrated Filipino innovation, talent, and craftsmanship.

Most of the designs showcased in the event used local raw materials made by Filipino craftsmen.

PIFS is a celebration of globally competitive furniture pieces while also championing local talents and designs. The event also held the iDisenyo Interior Design Competition for teams of interior design students and their partnered furniture manufacturer.

Space-saving designs were popular during the event.

This year’s winners of the contest are the A-Team from the University of the Philippines who coordinated with Triboa Bay Living to create furniture pieces in limited spaces.

PIFS also awards the exhibitors for their booth designs so event guests will also witness beautiful set-ups and showcase.

This year’s event was organized with the Cebu Furniture Industries Foundation Inc. (CFIF), the Chamber of Furniture Industries of the Philippines (CFIP), and the Pampanga Furniture Industries Foundation (PFIF).

Not only furniture but also fixtures and home accents grace the event at SMX Convention Center Manila.

The Philippine International Furniture Show along with the Interior & Design Manila will return to SMX Convention Center, Manila on March 12 to 14, 2020 (Thursday to Saturday).
