  • Duty Free Philippines Corporation (DFPC), known to operate Philippines’ duty-and-tax free merchandising system, redefines the Duty Free shopping experience with the launch of their newest store, LUXE Duty Free.

    DFPC introduces LUXE, its most luxurious branch yet / IMAGE Duty Free Philippines

    Located at the Mall of Asia Complex in Pasay City, the 3,600 sq.m. shopping complex boasts of international high-end retail brands in fashion, cosmetics, fragrance, confectionery, and wines and spirits.

    Both local and tourist customers will be able to shop brands like Coach, Bally, Longchamp, Kate Spade, Michael Kors, Chanel, Estee Lauder, La Mer, La Prairie, Clarins, Mac, Dior, Lancome, Laneige, Bobbi Brown, Tom Ford, Jo Malone, Sulwhasoo, Shiseido, and K-Beauty among others.

    The launch was spearheaded by Department of Tourism (DOT) Secretary Berna Romulo-Puyat and DFPC Chief Operating Officer Vicente Angala. SMDC Chairman and CEO Henry Sy Jr., Prime Holdings President Jeffrey Lim, SM Supermalls President Annie Garcia, SM Supermalls Chief Operating Officer Steven Tan, and Landmark Head Jose Maria Esteban were also present during the store’s inauguration.

    In a statement, Angala said that LUXE supports DFPC’s goal of boosting Philippine tourism and contributing to the country’s economic growth.

    Further, the newest addition to the state-owned corporation will also be featuring local products, as per Puyat.  

    “Aside from our wide selection of imported products, Duty Free Philippines showcases the country’s finest products together with DTI’s Go Lokal shop, offering every Pinoy’s favorite pasalubong,” the DOT secretary said in the same statement.

    DFPC also recently opened a grander store in NAIA Terminal 3. All these are being done to enhance the corporation’s retail presence to augment revenues and continually contribute to the tourism programs and projects of the government.

    LUXE Duty Free is open from 11:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. It is located along Pacific Drive of the Mall of Asia Complex in Pasay City. The same Duty Free shopping rules apply to the store. For updates, you may visit Duty Free Philippines’ official website or Facebook page
