Cebu Pacific Launches Macau to Cebu Flights
Local airline Cebu Pacific gives travelers more reasons to visit the “Vegas of China” as they recently introduced their Cebu-Macau direct flights.
The new route’s inaugural flight commenced last December 7, bearing the first 143 passengers to fly through the route. The launch was in time for both the holiday season and the Sinulog Festival, which is one of the most significant annual events in Cebu that attracts many visitors to the region.

Consul General Lilybeth R. Deapera hopes that the additional route will motivate tourists to visit Philippines and experience the country’s culture. Further, she said that the new flight might translate more to tourists bearing from China’s Pearl River Delta region, especially with the opening of the Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macau Bridge.

The Cebu-Macau flight flies four times a week. It leaves from Macau at 10:45 p.m. on Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays, and Sundays, while return flights from Cebu depart at 6:50 p.m. and arrives at 10:00 p.m. in Macau.
