  • LTO now accepts Online Appointment for Renewals
  • To avoid long queues and bring more convenience to the public, the Land Transportation Office (LTO) launched their Online Personal Appointment and Scheduling System (PASS) that can accept both license and vehicle registration renewal through a website.

With only four pilot sites namely Marikina, Pasig, Novaliches, and Muntinlupa extension offices accepting online scheduling for now, the LTO online PASS is the agency’s effort in digitization as it follows President Duterte’s directive to bring more convenience to the public.

Walk-in applicants will still be entertained while special lanes will be dedicated to LTO PASS applicants on the pilot sites.

    How it Works:

    1. Log on to www.lto.net.ph and click on the service you need (LTO Online Appointment or the 3-year License Card Printing Inquiry)
    2. Input your information. This includes the following:
      • Personal details
      • LTO branch you prefer to make the appointment
      • Appointment date
    3. Receive authentication code
    4. Confirm your appointment by registering the authentication code on the site

With the rise of car owners and drivers in the Philippines, it is no surprise that the local land transportation agency is stepping up to cut long queues for license renewal. In the future, new applications and registrations will be available and the service will be accessible nationwide.
