SM Prime Holdings, Federal Land team up to build ‘most beautiful building’ in PH
A P5-billion luxury tower in Ayala Avenue which is dubbed to be the “most beautiful building in the Philippines,” is set to be built by two of the biggest names in the property development industry: SM Prime Holdings and Federal Land Inc.

According to a report by Inquirer, the luxury residential tower is set to rise on the 3,500 square meter lot between Ritz Towers and Discovery Primea. SM Prime Chair Henry Sy Jr. announced that this would be the most beautiful building ever in the country. Leading this upscale project is award-winning British architect Norman Foster, who is behind the works such as the Hong Kong International Airport, the restored Reichstag in Berlin, the Hearst Tower in New York City, and the Carré d’Art in France, among many others.

The said tallest and most beautiful building project is a collaboration of SM Prime Holdings Inc. and the Federal Land Inc. This is also said to be the legacy of Mr. Henry Sy Jr. and George Ty, the founders of the SM Investment Corp. and GT Capital, the parent firms of the property development businesses.
As mentioned in the Inquirer report, the cost of this luxury project is estimated to be around P5 billion, and is set to offer 180 units to buyers. The target launch would be the end of 2017 or early 2018.
