The enclosed and air conditioned bridge that will soon open will be catering the public, most especially the tourists who would want to have safer alternatives in navigating around the metro. Elevators and walkalators will also be available to make the bridge more accessible and pedestrian-friendly.

In an article by the Philippine Daily Inquirer, the walkway will be able to accommodate up to 2000 persons at a time and 260,000 persons in a day. As soon as it opens, this project is expected to somehow lessen the traffic in the area, and improve the travel time for people; it will only take people about 3 minutes to cross the bridge, when it would usually take them hours just to exit NAIA.

The said project received full support from government and airport authorities, since it was something that would help and benefit the public.
