    Run by a Filipina who loves Japanese food, Hoshimatsuri in Makati is a Japanese restaurant from Fukuoka, Japan that resembles an izakaya or a pub that offers a wide variety of Japanese dishes and drinks. Hakata chicken skin and motsunabe or Japanese hotpot made with either beef, pork, or chicken offal are some of their best offerings.

    With Japanese hotpot available at Hoshimatsuri, friends and families may enjoy the dish together inside their private room which can accommodate up to 20 guests. For larger groups, the entire restaurant can be enjoyed by up to 40 guests and should be reserved one week before the gathering.
