In a weather report, the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) announced that Batanes and the Babuyan Islands will experience rains caused by the Amihan or Northeast monsoon.

Isabela, Aurora, and mainland Cagayan, on the other hand, will have scattered rain showers and thunderstorms caused by the shear line.

The Ilocos and Cordillera regions and the rest of Cagayan Valley and Central Luzon will have isolated light rains also due to the Amihan.

The Intertropical Convergence Zone may bring scattered rain showers and thunderstorms over the Caraga region as well as the Davao Oriental, Davao de Oro, and Leyte provinces.

Metro Manila and the rest of the country will experience partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms.

Moderate to strong winds and moderate to rough seas will prevail over northern and central Luzon, while light winds to moderate with slight to moderate seas will be experienced in the rest of the country.
