  • With over a decade of night market in Bonifacio Global City, the Mercato Centrale’s Midnight food fair has been a go-to place for all foodies who seeking comfort at night.

    In case you don’t know, the Mercato Centrale’s Midnight food fair is an event for a ‘Weekend Food Festival’ in Taguig, wherein food businesses and food lovers meet together at night under the BGC Tents.

    Despite the forced closure of food businesses last year due to the pandemic, the Mercato Centrale seized it as a challenge to innovate and launched their first online delivery portal to help their food entrepreneurs.

    Today, the Mercato Centrale welcomes everyone to their first-ever physical restaurant: The Mercato United Kitchen.

    Located at Ayala Circuit Mall in Makati, the brick-and-mortar resto is now available to serve the public for dine-in and takeout. With over 15+ partnered vendors, you can finally sit and eat without missing the Mercato Centrale experience.

    The Mercato United Kitchen also offers delivery where you can cross-order multiple dishes from different vendors.

    Some of their partner vendors are: Above Sea Level, Bounty Sprouts, Capa’s Seafood, Crisps, Chef Rocky’s Kitchen, Green Meat Hub, Cabanatuan’s Harvest Cafe, and Bistro, Ibarra’s Kitchen, Cavite’s Pizza, Didi Kahatea PH, Khuttz Diner, Kuranosuke, PARES Express, Takoichi, The Gourmet Kitchen, Tipsy Cream, Wildsmoke, and Zubuchon.

    The Mercato United Kitchen is located at the Lower Ground of Ayala Malls Circuit. They are open for dine-in, takeout, and delivery.  

    The Ayala Malls Circuit in Makati is open for al fresco dine-in and takeout. You may also order via 7-719-0808 or via your favorite delivery apps, GrabFood and foodpanda.
