PAGASA: Parts of PH Continue to Experience Showers, Thunderstorms due to ITCZ
Several parts of the country will continue to experience cloudy skies with scattered rainshowers and thunderstorms due to the Intertropical Convergence Zone (ITCZ), announced the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) on Wednesday August 25.

According to their weather update on their website, the ITCZ wil affect Mindanao, Central Visayas, Eastern Visayas, Bicol Region, and Quezon.
Metro Manila and the rest of the country will experience isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms which might bring possible flashfloods or landslides during severe thunderstorms.
For Metro Manila and the rest of Luzon, he said sunny weather may be experienced until noon, while localized thunderstorms are likely in the afternoon.
The temperature in Davao City may reach 32.9°C, and up to 29.6°C in Metro Manila.
Eastern Visayas, Central Visayas, and Mindanao will have light to moderate, with at times heavy rains during thunderstorms. Residents are cautioned against possible flooding and landslides.
Meanwhile, light to moderate winds and slight to moderate seas will continue to prevail over the entire country.
