  • The holidays are here and there is no better way to welcome it than to start binge-watching holiday films as early as now! Luckily, Netflix is here to bring our favorite movies from the past years, plus a few new Christmas-themed films for this year.

    That’s why we listed some of the new movies, series, and holiday titles to watch out on Netflix this month of November.

    Bumblebee

    A reboot to the Transformers movie franchise, this film follows Bumblebee as he flees from the Decepticons in 1987.

    He then finds refuge in a junkyard where he meets Charlie Watson, an 18-years old teen trying to find her place in the world. After befriending Charlie, the battered Beetle’s foes are hot on his trail.

    The Millionaire Detective: Balance Unlimited

    Millionaire detective Daisuke Kambe is assigned to the Modern Crime Prevention Headquarters and is partnered with Haru Katou, who is repulsed by Daisuke’s unconventional means in solving crimes.

    Alone/Together

    Eight years after their breakup, college sweethearts Christine and Raf reconnect at different points in their lives as feelings from the past resurface. Written by Antoinette Jadaone, Alone/Together is a 2019 Philippine romantic drama film.

    The Spongebob Movie: Sponge on the Run

    When his best friend Gary is suddenly snatched away, Spongebob takes Patrick on a madcap mission far beyond Bikini Bottom to save their pink-shelled pal.

    The Nun

    A young nun travels with a priest to Romania to investigate the death of a young nun. Unbeknown to them is the unholy secret of a malevolent spirit in a form of a demonic nun haunting a sacred site.

    Dash & Lily: Season 1

    A whirlwind Holiday romance builds as cynical Dash and optimistic Lily trade dares, dreams, and desires in the notebook they pass back and forth at locations all across New York City, finding they have more in common with each other than they would have expected. 

    The series is based on the young adult book series Dash & Lily’s Book of Dares from the New York Times bestselling authors Rachel Cohn and David Levithan.

    Jingle Jangle: A Christmas Journey

    Decades after his trusted apprentice betrayed him, a once-joyful toymaker finds new hop when his kind and curious granddaughter comes into his life.

    A musical adventure and a visual spectacle for the ages, Jingle Jangle: A Christmas Journey is a wholly fresh and spirited family holiday event.

    The Crown: Season 4

    The fourth season of the much-awaited series covers the time period between 1977 and 1990 set during the clash between Queen Elizabeth II and Prime Minister Margaret Thatcher.

    The Crown’s new season will also introduce Prince Charles and Lady Diana Spencer’s tumultuous marriage.

    The Princess Switch: Switched Again

    Shawn Mendez in Wonder

    Over the course of a world tour, this unguarded documentary follows Shawn Mendes as he opens up about his stardom, relationships, and musical future.

    Hillbilly Elegy

    An urgent phone call pulls a Yale Law student back to his Ohio hometown, where he reflects on three generations of family history and his own future.

    A Ron Howard film, Hillbilly Elegy is a film adaptation of the 2016 memoir titled “Hillbilly Elegy: A Memoir of a Family and Culture in Crisis” written by  J. D. Vance.

    The Christmas Chronicles: Part 2

    Unhappy over her mom’s new relationship, a now-teenage Kate runs away and lands at the North Pole, where a naughty elf is plotting to cancel Christmas.

    Written and directed by Chris Columbus and co-starring Goldie Hawn, The Christmas Chronicles 2 is an action-packed adventure for the whole family that’s full of heart, humor, and holiday spirit.
