Customers are required to wear a face mask and face shield at all times as mandated by the government for public transportation. Grab is also fully cashless via GrabPay.

Earlier this year, the ride-hailing platform’s GrabShare operations were temporarily suspended due to restrictions established following the spread of COVID-19 in the country. In September, Grab’s GrabFood and GrabExpress services continued its 24/7 operations in Metro Manila.

Currently, Grab serves 18 cities all over the Philippines providing not only car and taxi services but also package delivery, concierge or pabili services, groceries, financial services, and bill payments.
