Grab PH Resumes 24/7 Taxi Services in Metro Manila and Other Areas
Ride-hailing platform Grab Philippines has resumed its 24-hour operation for car and taxi services in Metro Manila, Cebu, and other areas in the country last October 20 to help consumers who are working essential services during late hours.
In Metro Manila, the 2-seater and 4-seater GrabCar and GrabTaxi are available for bookings, while only the 2-seater GrabCar and GrabTaxi continue operations in Cebu.
Provinces like Baguio, Naga, Bacolod, Iloilo, Cagayan de Oro, and Davao only allow GrabTaxi bookings. Residents in Pampanga, however, can now use both GrabCar and GrabTaxi.
Moreover, Grab is working with its corporate partners to provide dedicated 3-seater and 5-seater shuttle vehicles or GrabRent in Metro Manila for 24/7 operations.

Customers are required to wear a face mask and face shield at all times as mandated by the government for public transportation. Grab is also fully cashless via GrabPay.
Earlier this year, the ride-hailing platform’s GrabShare operations were temporarily suspended due to restrictions established following the spread of COVID-19 in the country. In September, Grab’s GrabFood and GrabExpress services continued its 24/7 operations in Metro Manila.
Currently, Grab serves 18 cities all over the Philippines providing not only car and taxi services but also package delivery, concierge or pabili services, groceries, financial services, and bill payments.
