  • After getting your business name registered, the next step to legally operate your business is by getting a business permit. It is requested from the municipal office of the municipality wherein your business is located.

    Business permits in the Philippines are required to comply with the garbage disposal and environmental law. The requirements to obtain a license to operate are Barangay Clearance and Mayor’s Permit where you wish to set up your business. Application fees may vary per barangay and municipality.
