With the extension of the enhanced community quarantine in an effort to manage the COVID-19 pandemic, Toyota Motor Philippines Corporation continues to help communities through special assistance and mobility support for their customers.
Toyota Financial Services Philippines, with the safety and health of their customers in mind, has extended the payment terms for them. Likewise, expiring insurance policies under Toya Insure and warranty coverages for Toyota vehicles have also been extended.
Vehicles due for their Periodic Maintenance are also given a 30-day extension amid the pandemic.
Further, Toyota has also coordinated with various local government units and hospitals to lend out vehicles to doctors and nurses serving in healthcare institutions due to the suspension of public transport. As of writing, 47 Toyota vehicles have been allocated to help bring urgent care to patients.
