    Chronic Ink is founded by Shellby and Mia Claravall-Reyes (Mia Loca)—two top female tattoo artists in the Philippines—in 2012. Aside from the beautiful creations of Chronic, one notable thing about them is their laid back shop complete with cool toys and merch around. You can even play with their old school arcade machine to get rid of those tattoo jitters!
