Raclette is a semi-hard cheese typically melted but can also be served sliced and cold. But in today’s trend, Raclette cheeses are often melted from a wheel, and the melted cheese from the top will be scraped and served.

At Chesa Bianca’s latest offering, get unlimited melted Raclette Cheese and pair it with their wide variety of sides.
