Grab Enhances Client Experience with Its New Features
The ride-hailing application, Grab, launches two new mobile features– the Grab Photo App and pick-up point locations to add to its convenient transport solutions.

The Grab Photo App is a new update feature that enables photo-sharing which helps the drivers to quickly and accurately locate its clients and also to reduce booking cancellations.
The Grab Photo App operates with the GrabChat messaging feature wherein the user can send their current location through a quick snap to their drivers.
After the trip, the photos shared between the driver and passengers will be deleted. Only the company will have the access to the copies of the photos for security and investigative purposes in case of emergencies.
This new feature is not yet applicable to the drivers but it would be available soon after future updates.

Pick-up point locations

Usually, when booking a trip, passengers have problems with where to meet their drivers. Most passengers get picked up and dropped off on inconvenient locations.
The pick-up point locations ease the struggle of the communication among both drivers and passengers to a specific location.
Grab has registered more than 5,000 pick-up locations across the country. These pick-up locations will be indicated by the green dots that would surround the area where the passenger is located. Passengers can choose among the green dots to where to book the trip or to get dropped off.
