CEB spokesperson Charo Lagamon clarified to Philippine News Agency (PNA) that passengers are allowed to bring a hand-carry baggage with a maximum weight of 7 kg. as well as dimensions not exceeding 56 cm. x 36 cm. x 23 cm. According to the CEB website, this includes most wheeled cabin bags and backpacks. The weight and dimensions are meant for the baggage to fit in the overhead bin.

In addition, each passenger is also allowed one small bag not exceeding 35cm x 20cm x 20cm, which includes most handbags, purses, camera, and laptop bags that should be able to fit under the plane seat.

PNA was also informed that CEB will also allow items purchased inside the airport, walking sticks, and foldable walkers to be taken inside the cabin. Meanwhile, baby bags will be considered part of the ‘additional one small bag’.
