  • Every day is always a fresh start for Seattle’s Best Coffee, and June 22, 2018, was a particularly colorful fresh start with an art session featuring artist Anina Rubio at Bonifacio High Street. The art session is the first of a series of quarterly pocket events called The SBC Perkspective, wherein various talks, workshops, and informal meet-ups will provide a fresh perspective on the creative realm.

Attended by media and select guests, The SBC Perkspective with Anina Rubio was an intimate gathering of art enthusiasts, frustrated artists, coffee lovers, and foodies. The highlight of the event was the making of a mural on the glass wall of Seattle’s Best Bonifacio High Street.

As Rubio welcomed guests and shared some insights on creativity and fresh starts, everyone was handed out a limited edition tumbler that would serve as their little canvas on which they could unleash their inner artist.

It had been an immersive mural painting session. Several hands worked together on the mural, coloring each petal, each leaf, and every other detail until the picture came alive. Delicious coffee and snacks complemented the whole activity.

Coffee shop-goers and passers-by can experience this fresh start at Bonifacio High Street when they stop by Seattle’s Best—a colorful figurative art that can serve as a perfect backdrop for an artistic photo or simply a subject of art appreciation and inspiration.
