Dr. Catelo is a surgeon by profession. He chose the medical field as a career not only to strengthen his desire to serve the Filipino community but to promote health and well-being to everyone. He graduated with a degree in BS Biology at the University of San Carlos in Cebu, took his MD at the University of Sto. Tomas – Faculty of Medicine and Surgery, and had his residency training at the Mary Johnston Hospital in Tondo, Manila.
For him, handling major trauma case is more challenging as it involves both life and death issues. Despite this, it did not stop him from continuously serving his patients for them to achieve full recovery and regain their strength to continue on with their lives.
As a surgeon, Dr. Catelo offers the following services: examination and treatment of diseases in the liver, gallbladder, and pancreas; and surgery on other cases involving the head and neck, breast, soft tissues, thyroid, colon, rectum, hemorrhoids, and hernia.
