Travel Tour Expo 2018: A reveal of people’s love for travel
Seen as the biggest annual travel and tourism expo in the Philippines, Travel Tour Expo has once again been opened, this time occupying the whole SMX Convention Center in Pasay City. Even so, the 16,000-square-meter event venue with two floors was still packed with people.
On February 9, the very first day of the expo, a long queue snaked around the SMX the whole day. Luckily, the line proceeded steadily and the halls saw a continuous flow of expo-goers who are intent on seeing their dream vacation come true.
The first day of Travel Tour Expo 2018 was attended by thousands of people.
There are nearly half a thousand exhibitors occupying a thousand booths on the first and second floor of the SMX. Unsurprisingly, the booths with the largest crowds are the airlines and tour agencies offering discounted package tours and cheap travel deals. There are also booths of hotels, resorts, travel essentials, embassies, and regional tourism boards.
Many people flocked to the booths of airlines.
