Travel Tour Expo kicks off with a glam gala night
To formally start the silver anniversary of PTAA’s Travel Tour Expo, distinguished guests, government officials, partner travel companies, and the media spent a night to remember during the event held on February 8 at the Conrad Hotel Manila.

Celebrating three events in one, PTAA (Philippine Travel Agencies Association) welcomed every guest to a delightful evening as it signified a milestone in their journey in the travel industry. On February 8, the 3rd International Travel Trade Expo Gala, 25th Travel Tour Expo Opening, and PTAA 1st General Membership Meeting simultaneously commenced.

To welcome everyone, PTAA President Marlene Dado-Jante gave a quick speech about the much anticipated Travel Tour Expo happening on February 9 to 11 at the SMX Convention Center. “The Travel Tour Expo will remain as an event that will continuously boost the country’s travel and tourism industry. It is also committed to assisting our countrymen to realize all their plans,” says Dado-Jante.

The event also recognized the past PTAA presidents who have contributed their time and talents to make PTAA successful up until now. To make the event more endearing, the Ryan Cayabyab Singers serenaded the audience with a heartwarming song number.

Renowned Filipino fashion designer Renee Salud also featured his collection of Philippine formal wear for men and women during the Philippine Tapestry Fashion Show.
