Bench Cafe

Bench Cafe looks nothing like a local eatery in the Philippines, but that’s actually where this new homegrown restaurant by the Bench Group got its inspiration. It’s called “glamorized turo-turo.” You’ll find a lot of our well-loved Filipino home-cooked meals like inasal, adobo, and caldereta in set meals called BENCH/TO. Their special coffee beverages are also something to fall for.

La Mère Poulard

Caramelized Apple Omelette (Php 360)
La Mère Poulard is a fresh new name in Metro Manila but is already fondly loved in France. This restaurant is known for its omelets that are puffy and frothy, an original recipe that has been treasured for over a century. While they specialize in simple and authentic French food, you can also enjoy locally-inspired dishes that are cooked the French way.

Hirono

Truffle Cream Mazemen
Hirono is a family-owned restaurant that takes pride in authentic and freshly made Japanese dishes with a modern twist. They specialize in Aburi (Japanese style searing) which is mostly applied to their sushi dishes, and Mazemen (savory ramen noodles) which is used with modern-inspired dishes like the carbonara-like Truffle Cream Mazemen.
