Al fresco Nights at Mireio Terrace in Raffles Makati

Surrounded by lush greenery, while away the time sipping on herb-infused tipples and fruity beverages; a selection of gin cocktails, Kronenbourg 1664, whisky and vodka; along with a choice of limitless red, white and rosé wine at this veranda-in-the-sky.

Have a taste of refreshing concoctions such as a Peach and Beetroot Frozé consisting of peach puree, beetroot syrup, vodka, and rosé wine; flavourful White Sangria comprised of white wine infused with kiwi, watermelon, grapefruit, orange, and apple; and garden fresh Le Potager created with Pimm’s Number 1 Cup, cucumber, lemon, lime, radish, mint, strawberry, and Sprite.

Guests may also choose from a variety of gin creations including a gin-infused Garden-Tini with herbs, orgeat syrup, lime and crème de cassis; an Agrum’tonic mixed with cardamom, cucumber and grapefruit, and the crowd favorite: a traditional gin and tonic.

Other tipples include a Midori’s Passion created with vodka, Midori liqueur, passion fruit syrup, lemon mix and basil; Ricard; Kronenbourg 1664, and choice of red, white, and rosé wine.  Family and friends gathering over the Al Fresco Happy Hour can delight in a complimentary savory Chef’s Sampler.
