BGC gets lit with Crystal Universe-inspired spectacle for the holidays
People who have been to BGC know that the budding business district is quite the place to be whenever Christmas hits. There are elaborate Christmas decorations along every major area of BGC and the traffic lights that turn to Christmas trees so you can endure the rush hour just a bit more.
Bonifacio High Street has always been at the height of these decorations, but this year’s a bit more different, as they ended November on a high note.
Yes, folks. What you’re seeing here is a big ol’ Christmas present in front of Italianni’s High Street lit with thousands of colorful bulbs that dance in perfect sync with music arranged by Von De Guzman, Roy Del Valle, and Tris Sunguitan — and it’s located right in the heart of Bonifacio High Street.
SELFIE/INSTAGRAM PARADISE. Drop by Bonifacio High Street from 6 pm to 10 pm and you may just have your selfie moment for Christmas.
Along with the large, Instagram-worthy Christmas present are millions of tiny bulbs that also dance in sync with three medleys. It’s accompanied by a laser light show that lights up Bonifacio High Street, adding to the festive atmosphere that’s already spreading throughout BGC.

The nightly shows start at 6 pm and will run every 30 minutes until 10 pm. Catch a glimpse of these lights until January 7, 2018!
“We want our Christmas adornments and shows to be a sensory treat that mirrors the vibrancy and energy of the city and our very own BGC community. This holiday season, the city brims with color and vigor in true BGC fashion,” said Sean Luarca, BGC’s Marketing Manager.
To add even more fun during the yuletide season, BGC has prepared a slew of events for kids and adults alike. Drop by Three Parkade every Friday, Saturday, and Sunday from November 24 to December 23 and enjoy their 18 Days of Christmas Bazaar by Karl Edward International.
MasterCard holders can win one of five Php 100,000 shopping sprees at Bonifacio High Street for at least a Php 3,000 purchase (single or accumulated receipts) whenever you shop or dine with any debit, credit, or prepaid MasterCard from December 1 to January 15 at any Bonifacio High Street, Central Square, One Parkade, Two Parkade, Bonifacio Stopover, Park Triangle, Crossroads, or The Fort establishment!
There’s also Menken and Ahren’s A Christmas Carol: The Musical starting December 7 at the Bonifacio High Street Amphitheater and the highly-anticipated Simbang Gabi, a nine-day novena mass happening from December 15 to 23 at 6 pm.

To cap off 2017, BGC will be hosting its first-ever New Year’s Eve party in partnership with the City of Taguig! Happening right at Bonifacio High Street, the party starts at 6 pm on December 31. Expect performances from the likes of Gary Valenciano along with a night of music, fun, food, and fireworks!
