The Philippine School of Interior and Design celebrates Golden Anniversary
It has been five decades since the Philippine School of Interior and Design (PSID) became a premier school for Interior Design. The school has guided and helped students to become the finest interior designers in the industry. Now, in their 50th year, PSID celebrates their anniversary by having a graduation exhibit entitled “GOLD: Glamorous, Opulent, and Luxurious Designs”, happening on October 1 to 31 at Uptown Bonifacio Mall in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig.

The exhibit will showcase glamorous and exquisite designs in line with their theme. With Gold as their main focus, each booth will have a gold accent to the room, making it shine just like the rest. The graduation exhibit is co-presented by Megaworld, along with Boysen and Schema, among others. There are a total of 24 carefully thought and design spaces that showcase different trends of opulence and glamour in the exhibit.

This is also the first time that PSID will hold a graduation exhibit with the school’s students, alumni, and faculty. We can only expect for the brightest and boldest ideas, with a mix of simplicity and style. The exhibit is divided into three galleries, where the guest can wander around the given space. A total of 72 students of PSID Advanced Class of 2017 and also students from PSID-AHLEN Institute will participate in the exhibit. Each booth has a theme and a story,with materials created and sponsored by known brands.

This will be alumni Chitz Legazpi and Lalyn Nivera’s second time to participate in the graduation exhibit. A feeling of nostalgia is present in the spaces as different generations show off their golden creations. Selected professors have also joined the exhibit, bringing their A-game. Everyone is invited to visit their spaces at the Uptown Mall, Bonifacio Global City, Taguig for the entire month of October.
