Biggest Hotel in Mindanao Will Rise Soon
You will soon have more lodging options on your future trip to Davao City once the construction of Hotel 101, envisioned as Mindanao’s biggest hotel, is finished by real estate developer DoubleDragon Properties Corp. in 2020.
DoubleDragon subsidiary Hotel of Asia Inc., a hospitality firm that owns the Hotel 101 brand, has signed a joint venture agreement with W2JP2 Corp. of Davao to build the hotel which will be composed of 519 rooms with commercial and convention facilities.
Hotel 101 – Davao will stand on a 5,300-square meter prime commercial lot which is located at Eco West Drive beside SM City Davao. Rooms are expected to cost between Php 2,500 and Php 2,800 per night.
The ground-breaking ceremony for the construction of Hotel 101 Davao City will be held in the last quarter of 2017.

Hotel 101 in Davao City will be the third of the Hotel 101 group in the Philippines, the first one being at the Mall of Asia Complex and the second in Bonifacio Global City which is still under construction.
