MasterCard added to NLEX, SCTEX, Cavitex toll payment options
As soon as now, you can start using your contactless cards, particularly Beep and MasterCard, to pay for your toll fees on North Luzon Expressway (NLEX), Subic-Clark-Tarlac Expressway (SCTEX), and Manila-Cavite Expressway (Cavitex).
With Beep and MasterCard, there are now more payment options for your toll.
Just look for the lane with the MasterCard or Beep logo, tap your card, get your receipt, and off you go! This new contactless payment option will let you save more than half the time you would take with cash transactions, which usually takes 12 to 15 seconds.
No need for cash, just take out your card!
The MasterCard payment option is now available from the Balintawak to Bocaue tolls of NLEX, and on all tolls of SCTEX and Cavitex. Officials aim to open more toll gates with MasterCard lanes by next year.
Beep is currently used in MRT and LRT lines, various bus lines like the BGC Bus and P2P, and in certain payment centers. It is also available as a payment option in NLEX, SCTEX, and Cavitex.
