DaTang came from two words, “Da” means Great and “Tang” symbolizes the Tang dynasty. For those who don’t know, the Tang dynasty was an imperial dynasty of China. It was generally regarded as a high point in Chinese civilization and a golden age of cosmopolitan culture.

During this time, the Tang also had a powerful cultural influence over neighboring states such as Vietnam, Japan, and Korea. This restaurant combines traditional and modern cooking techniques and ingredients even creating some dishes with a fusion of different cultural heritage. As they say, their dishes are not just Chinese cuisine. It’s Chinese fusion.
