The 2013 Chiaro is best enjoyed at 12°C with Prego’s Insalata Mare, Risotto alla crema di Tartufo, Spaghetti alla Vongole con Olio Extra Vergine e Vino Bianco, Trancia di Branzino al Vapore con Aragosta. We, however, prefer it with the Pizza Frutti de Mare.

The 2014 Chianti Black Label, on the other hand, goes extremely well with the Carpaccio di filetto di Manzo alla Toscana, Spaghetti al Ragu di Cinghiale, Paccheri Salsicce e Funghi alla Boscaiola, or the Ossu Buco alla Milanese. Our suggestion: the Filetto di Manzano ai Funghi Porcini.
