Every June 1st, milk lovers around the world raise a glass to celebrate Milk Day, a worldwide event that is dedicated to increase the public awareness about the importance of milk and other dairy products around the globe.

The date was selected by the Food and Agriculture Organisation of the United Nations (FAO) celebrated by 81 countries around the world.
