  • The Metropolitan Manila Development Authority (MMDA) will officially open next week another bypass or alternate route to EDSA going to cities of San Juan, Mandaluyong, and Makati.

    The agency has been doing series of consultations with affected barangays in the Scout Area to allow traffic on local roads in their barangays to serve as bypass from EDSA to a Mabuhay Lane that connects Quezon City to Makati.
