‘Death Note: Light Up the NEW World’ in PH cinemas on March 15
Fans of the hit Japanese live-action movie series “Death Note” in the Philippines will get to see more of this psychological thriller film as “Death Note: Light Up the NEW World” is set to be shown in local cinemas on March 15, 2017.

The new movie is the sequel of “Death Note: The Last Name” and is set 10 years after the events of the previous film. It follows the story of three men in pursuit of the six Death Notes sent on Earth.
Death Note is a supernatural notebook that grants its owner the power to kill a person by writing a name on it. In this latest movie, fans will meet new characters following the death of Light Yagami, original Kira and owner of Death Note, and L, the greatest detective who captured Kira.
