MGI has already signed their partnership with Blue Star Food Corporation, a Vietnamese food and beverage company, to establish 12 Yellow Cab branches in the area within the said number of years. This is to fulfil their goal of expanding and seeking more opportunities for their brands. “This reaffirms the global mainstream appeal of some of our brands. As we prepare to launch Yellow Vab Pizza, we will constantly seek opportunities to broaden our reach within the region,” MGI President and CEO Robert Trota said.

Blue Star Food CEO Nguyen Thanh Nam also said that Vietnam is a good location for the brand to branch out because of its development as a country. “Vietnam is a fast-growing young country. About 60 percent of the 95-million population is under 35 years old, and the country’s middle clas sis expected to double to 33 million people by 202. This young and affluent demographic is leading the change in the food and beverage (F&B) industry and a lot of Western and casual dining restaurants are flourishing in Vietnam,” he said.

Yellow Cab Pizza currently have 150 branches, and is planning to open stores in Vietnam, JJordan, Kuwait, Bahrain, Egypt, and Oman.
